We’re looking for Senior IT Customer Service professional to join our team to manage our IT Service Business and IT Service Delivery operations. The ideal candidate should have customer-first business mentality. He or she has strong Techno-Commercial acumen and also experienced with Service Sales and Customer Support operations. The most successful representatives will be an able leader to lead and guide his Technical & Service Sales Team.

Objectives of this Role

  • Maintain and build already cemented OEM relationship for their Service Business portfolio.
  • Tap the market opportunities resulting due to the induction of new technologies and offering Service Support business potential
  • Identify and address IRIS Partner’s Service support needs.
  • Meet the company’s targets for Service Business
  • Monitor the service delivery performance of the Service Team
  • Step in for Customer Escalations for their resolution.
  • Follow company communications guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision
  • Recommend improvements to processes for improved company efficiency


  • Build a strong relationship with OEM by conducting regular review meetings with them.
  • Manage Team of Product Managers and review them regularly for their business target achievement.
  • Build rapport with Partners by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences nurture lasting relationships
  • Monitor service Delivery performance of the Service Team on a Daily basis
  • Regular meetings with the End Customers to have their feedback on Team’s Services and build a relationship for enhanced business opportunities from the account

Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate Engineer in Electronics/ Computer Science
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in IT Service Industry
  • Proven leadership quality in leading team of Sales Persons and Engineers
  • Successful experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize

Job Description:

  • Formulate overall business plan for the region, present the same to management and quarterly review of the progress made.
  • Execute as per the approved Business Plan.
  • Working with Principal/OEM companies in building solution.
  • Scheduling Sales reviews, budgeting for cash flow expenses/receivables/profitability.
  • Customer satisfaction and relationship is key parameter in business.

  • Coordination with Services team to offer solutions around Services, enable winning SI contracts.
  • Focus on Product / System Integration business.

  • Collection of Account receivables and maintain cash flow.

  • Plan, participate and execute Customer events and participate in OEM / Principal Events.

Skills/ experience needed:

  1. Prior 8+ years of sales experience with SI organization.
  2. Understanding of the entire SI business and solutions offering around PC/ Laptop/ Application and System Software / Storage / Networking / Post sales/ Integration / Migration / Infrastructure Services / Virtualization.
  3. Understanding core areas of Data Centre requirements/ Microsoft/ Oracle/ SAP technologies.
    Relationship with top level in Government organisation.
  4. Thorough mapping of account.

  5. Detailed understanding of Sales Process and ability to close complex/ large deals.
  6. Structuring of deals / negotiations with CXO level or decision maker.

  7. Proven consistent track record of Sales Target achievement. Knowledge of competition and its offerings.

  8. Established and good connects with the CXO’s / IT Heads/Procurement Heads in the industry.

  9. People skills – the job involves networking with clients, partners and Account Managers,
  10. Presales Technical specialist.

  11. Responsible for Client Acquisition, Revenue Maximization with existing and new accounts, Maximize Realization, Retention and Revenue collection.

  12. Ability to plan/ forecast business on quarterly/ annual basis and execute on plan deliverables.

  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the products along with POC.
  • In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations and technology supporting fraud detection. To provide back to back presales & post-sales support to the sales team to achieve company targets on sales.

Softer skills required:

Familiar with CISCO, D-Link, Netgear, Ruckus, Tp-Link, Whatsapp gold, Fortinet, CoSoSys, Sonic Wall & Sophos.

Business Development Manager
Business Development Managers develop, service, and grow relationships with channel partners. This role includes doing things like developing sales strategies, negotiating with partners and training and developing their sales team.
Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Build positive working relationships with channel partners to maximize product sales within customer base.
  • Manage existing partners and recruit new partners for sales growth.
  • Coordinate with partners to identify key sales opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Provide product training to partners and inform them about complimentary services offered.
  • Resolve partner related issues and sales conflicts in a timely fashion.
  • Develop and review sales proposals with partners.
